What happens when you fall off the band wagon when in an exercising and eating healthy routine?
The easy answer is get back on.
The hard answer is get back on.
It isn’t easy to start exercising and eating healthy, but you started it for a reason. Don’t let falling off the band wagon (no matter the length) make you forget why you started it in the first place.
Just make sure to remind yourself why you are doing this every now and again, so you can constantly receive that motivation.
