I went to see Furious 7 recently.
It was a great movie filled with the fast cars and action that has come to be expected from this franchise. But, let’s be honest, many people went to see this movie to find out how they handled Paul Walker’s character in it.
Considering how the late actor died in real life, it would seem like a bad choice to have him die in a similar fashion in the movie. The buzz was that they would have him ride off into the sunset, but would he just leave his family (girlfriend and child plus the racing family) in the dust?
I will not give away any spoilers, but I will say that I was extremely happy with how they ended this movie. It was a sweet mixture of remembrance and hope. It also seems to me like they were leaving hints about possibly continuing the franchise which was something I wasn’t sure about.
Overall, I would say this movie is worth seeing in the movie theater considering all of its grand action scenes and be ready for a little mixture of emotions at the end.
P.S. If you have seen this movie, what are your thoughts on it, and if you haven’t, do you plan on seeing it?
